- To manage pricing plans, subscriptions, and campaign-plan eligibility and duration.
- To verify agency onboarding declarations, licensing representations, and compliance eligibility.

- To send transactional emails such as password resets and inquiry notifications.
- To improve the platform's functionality and user experience.
